Are apps allowed to use notifications to pester the user to review the app?

2yr old can use this app no problems. It have helped enforce her letter and number retention and she can even write some of them. No joke.

Nice app for learning the whole alphabet. Better if only there were voice prompts/phonics for learning each letter or number. The app has no sound.

Crashed three times on first use The way it instructs on the how to write the letters M, N, V, Y, W are incorrect

This is a wonderful idea, but it crashes every couple of letters. Also I agree that a few of the letters are instructed incorrectly
